Homemade products to try and buy
At the Garden Hotel Sonnleitn in Fuschl near Salzburg City we not only treat our guests to our Sumptuous Half-Board, but we also give them the chance to try out a range of self-made products for which we use nothing but locally grown produce from the region and herbs from our own garden. You can buy some of these products to take home with you, as a gift or for your own use:
- Fragrant teas such as our "Snuggle-Up" herb tea or rose petal and hibiscus tea
- "Cough Honey", the best remedy for coughs made of acacia honey, sage, cinnamon, cloves, lemon and star aniseed
- Traditional Austrian Christmas biscuits (only in Advent and at Christmas time)
- Jam of various flavours: apricot, pumpkin and apple, raspberry, elderberry, plum, blackberry
- Aniseed and Elderberry liqueur
